Electrical requirements:
220 V/60hz single phase power outlet set up on its own individual 15-amp GFCI breaker. A dedicated CAT 5 port/jack connected to the main network router for the business
Minimum Room Size:
11.5' x 10' and a ceiling height of at least 7'. This will allow enough space for the pod and engine box as well as enough clearance for the lid of the pod to open completely.
Engine Box:
The engine box will sit directly next to the pod and house all important components for filtration and operation of the pod.
Drainage:
Dreampod pods don't come with an installed drainage outlet, and you'll need a submersible pump to pump the water out through a hose into a drain. It is ideal to have a floor drain positioned near the pod. This will make cleaning fast and easy. Another alternative would be to have an open shower near the pod to drain in the shower.
Salt Requirements:
The Dreampod V2 requires approximately 700 kg (1,543 lbs) of salt for the initial setup. We recommend ordering the salt together with your Dreampod V2 so it can be supplied alongside your float tank for a more convenient installation. All salt is supplied directly by Dreampod, the manufacturer.
Once the correct salt concentration has been established, the salt does not need to be routinely replaced. Regular water testing and maintenance are still required, while the Dreampod’s automated water-treatment system helps simplify ongoing water care. Simply add the required treatment chemicals to the dosing system, which then manages their controlled application.
Over time, additional salt may be required to maintain the correct concentration, depending on water loss, usage, and operating conditions. A complete salt replacement is generally only necessary if the float solution becomes contaminated or needs to be drained and replaced.

Return & Refund Policy
- All return and refund customer communication will be handled by the authorized retailer.
- The customer has a 30-day window from the date they received the item to return it for a refund.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition they received it, including the original packaging.
- They must include the receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt. We will provide you with an update on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If the return is approved, we will issue you a refund equal to the amount we received from you for this specific item, minus the shipping cost.
- The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping when returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- A restocking fee of 20% of the sales will be charged to the client to cover any expenses that cannot be recovered due to the return.

Exclusions and Limitations
This limited warranty only applies to the product manufactured by or for Dream Water Ltd. that can be identified by its designation, the “Dreampod Floatation Pod Series”. The limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Dream Water products and services other than the Product, (b) non-Dreampod hardware product, or (c) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the product. Dream Water Ltd. does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Dream Water Ltd. is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use. The warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified (e.g. to alter functionality or capability) by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd. , or if the Product has components installed that is not approved by Dream Water Ltd. In addition, this Limited Warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non – Dream Water Ltd. approved products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the Product outside permitted or intended uses described by Dream Water Ltd.; or (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd.. This Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the Product to Dream Water Ltd. This is your responsibility.
Warranty coverage:
Dream Water Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Floatation Pod (V2, Vmax, Cabin, Open Pool, Sport, Home Float Flex/Pro/Plus) against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of TWO (2) YEARS for all fiberglass material construction, SIX (6) MONTHS for all inflatable PVC material construction, and ONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion. In event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
