A unilateral, plate-loaded tricep machine like the LeverEDGE Unilateral Seated Tricep Press is rare in the strength machine market. It has thoughtful attention to detail that separates it from the competition.
The heavy lifters can load up nine plates on each lever arm.Ā Plus, there are four chrome-plated Olympic bar-sized weight storage pegs built in. They keep plates handy for rapid adjustments between sets and off the floor for a safer workout environment.
Unilateral Lever Action
Unilateral lever action allows for independent arm training. Users can also link the arms together for traditional exercises.
Supreme Comfort and Adjustability
From the outset, we wanted theĀ LeverEDGE Unilateral Seated Tricep Press to offer proper positioning, so all of the contact points can be adjusted. This allows the user to get in the proper position for muscle activation regardless of stature. TheĀ LeverEDGE Unilateral Seated Tricep Press is moreĀ adjustable than the competition, so users of every stature are comfortable using it. The multi-grip closed-cell foam handles are adjustable for height and angle. The unique pad design accommodates forward and rear-facing exercises.
Designed for two exercises, not one
The LeverEDGE Unilateral Seated Tricep Press allows for two different tricep resistance exercises. You can do both the forward-facing traditional dip and the rear-facing bench dip. If the user sits toward the machine while sitting on their knees, a traditional dip. If the user faces away from the machine with their chest supported by the angled pad, a press similar to a bench dip can be performed for more deltoid activation. But, unlike bench dips, this design prevents the forearms from moving too far behind the body, which reduces tricep activation. Both exercises get the benefit of a variable weight resistance that bodyweight devices canāt offer.
Built Legend strong
Frame constructed with 2Ć2- and 3Ć3-inch, 11 gauge steel with very few bolts, providing extreme rigidity, strength and durability. The frame was designed using 3D CAD software to minimize the use of fasteners, so assembly only requires four bolts. The rest is precision East Tennessee welding. This translates to easier setup, less maintenance and extra rigidity! Heavy-duty pillow block bearings are tough as nails, feature grease fittings for ease of maintenance and are smooth enough to never get in the way of a workout.
Two-tone powder coat and upholstery is a no-cost option on all LeverEDGE pieces.

When you choose Legend Fitness, you get to select from more than 30 standard powder coat colors for frames and attachments. Two-tone powder coating is available on many items and is included in the price of Pro Series racks and cages. Legend Fitness has a catalogue of over 60 standard shades of stain- and chemical-resistant 32-ounce vinyl that's rated for marine use, plus a couple of cloth options for those who want something a little different. Two-tone upholstery is not charged on some items, like SelectEDGE and LeverEDGE, but is available for a minimal fee on almost everything else we offer. And if you somehow donāt see something that suits your vision, we can work with you to get something custom going for an additional charge. Below are the standard upholstery color options. Unfortunately, we can't offer free shipping and installation for Legend Fitness products.

All shipment deliveries are scheduled in advance with the customer.

How will my order be shipped?
Depending on the size and quantity of the order, your equipment will be shipped in either a box, on pallets, or as a truckload.
What are the lead times for delivery after I place my order?
When an order is placed for an in-stock item, we are typically able to ship within 24 hours. In-stock items are typically not able to be personalized and typically only come in a single color option.āØFor fully personalized orders, a significantly longer lead time is necessary to build, powder coat, and put the finishing touches on your products. A member of the Gym Emotion team will give you all the info you require.
Who manages the delivery and installation of my products?
A shipping carrier will deliver your order via curbside delivery. Unless you have paid for installation, you are responsible for getting your equipment into your facility and installed.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping to the lower 48 United States on orders over $100. Orders under $100 incur a $30 shipping fee. Some made-to-order items require a custom shipping quote (Thermasol, Legend Fitness).
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by brand and product. In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days, while larger equipment may require additional lead time. Estimated timelines are listed on each product page and summarized below.

In my opinion these are the perfect dumbbells. The knurling isn't too light or too aggressive. The rack is simple to assemble and does not take up a very large space. I don't often use the 5lb weights and a huge perk of TAG is the ability to order in-between sizes, so I ordered an additional set of 12.5lb weights and store the 5lbs in a closet. I have no complaints about this set and use them daily.
