The JGLM300 is designed with bilateral movement arms and dual rotating handles to target the lats and biceps. Its pop-pin adjustable knee rollers ensure users of different heights can maintain proper posture during pull-downs. The high and low grip positions offer a wide range of motion, enhancing the efficiency of back workouts.
