    About the V2

    The V2 (Flagship) Float Tank was first launched in 2012 and continually evolved to be one of the most popular Tanks in the industry. It is the most popular choice for people expanding, or opening a new float center. 

     

    The Dreampod’s exterior is crafted using the best quality fiberglass and plastics, and polished to the shiniest finish. Its amazingly smooth, and shiny surface is easy to clean and maintain. To ensure maximum soundproofing and heat retention, the pod's structure contains a solid foam core. This allows for a more comfortable float, as well as a lower electricity bill.

     

    The V2's Construction:

    The door is robust but very easy to operate. The highest quality gas springs are used to ensure the door opens and closes beautifully. The Door handle is a single-piece die-cast of aluminium and is nearly impossible to break. On the inside, you will find the same polished coating as on the outside. A carefully hidden passive air circulation system will provide a superb floating experience, without compromising on temperature retention, or soundproofing. For added safety, the floor has an added anti-slip surface. A high-power lighting system provides soothing and beautiful light animations during idle times or during a float (Chakra colors). The light can be controlled via a button on the inside of the Dreampod. Two tactile transducers embedded into the front of the pod provide for excellent underwater acoustics.

     

    Electrical System:

    The Dreampod is built with extremely high quality and reliability in mind. All its critical components are imported from the U.S or Europe and hold certifications proving its quality from standard certification bodies. The pump for our standard model is a high-quality, powerful magnetic drive shaft pump. It is made out of anti-corrosive materials and is relatively silent during operation. The Heater is a high-efficiency titanium heat exchanger with 2000W+ and excellent safety properties. The electronic system is protected by an electrical leakage protection (GFC) on the inside and outside of the electrical box. For added safety, a water leakage sensor can be connected to the electrical box. Sensors are placed in critical areas, and should a leakage be detected, the system will turn on any running water pumps, and optionally alert a registered mobile phone via SMS.

     

    Water Hygiene:

    All Dreampod float tanks come well equipped with several features to maintain the hygiene of the water. The main filter device is a custom-built stainless steel enclosure holding a replaceable 10-micron filter bag, capable of filtering debris in the water as small as 1/4 the size of the diameter of a human hair. Water is also pumped by a UV light array, taking care of any microorganisms that survive the extreme salt content of the water. The Dreampod is the first to feature a dual chemical injection system, allowing you to use a combination of any 2 chemical disinfectants that you wish to use.

    What is Float Therapy?

    Float therapy (also called sensory deprivation or floatation therapy) is a deeply relaxing experience where you float effortlessly in warm water inside a Dreampod Float Pod. The water is filled with Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate), which makes you buoyant, like floating on air! The pod is designed to reduce outside distractions: Silent or soothing music, warm, and dimly lit (or completely dark if you prefer), helping your body and mind fully unwind.

    Minimum Room Size:

    11.5' x 10' and a ceiling height of at least 7'. This will allow enough space for the pod and engine box as well as enough clearance for the lid of the pod to open completely.

    Engine Box:

    The engine box will sit directly next to the pod and house all important components for filtration and operation of the pod.

    Drainage:

    Dreampod pods don't come with an installed drainage outlet and you'll need a submersible pump to pump the water out through a hose into a drain. It is ideal to have a floor drain positioned near the the pod. This will make cleaning fast and easy. Another alternative would be to have an open shower near the pod to drain in the shower.

    This limited warranty only applies to the product manufactured by or for Dream Water Ltd. that can be identified by its designation, the “Dreampod Floatation Pod Series”. The limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Dream Water products and services other than the Product, (b) non-Dreampod hardware product, or (c) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the product. Dream Water Ltd. does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Dream Water Ltd. is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use. The warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified (e.g. to alter functionality or capability) by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd. , or if the Product has components installed that is not approved by Dream Water Ltd. In addition, this Limited Warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non – Dream Water Ltd. approved products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the Product outside permitted or intended uses described by Dream Water Ltd.; or (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd.. This Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the Product to Dream Water Ltd. This is your responsibility.

     

    Warranty coverage

    Dream Water Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Floatation Pod (V2, Vmax, Cabin, Open Pool, Sport, Home Float Flex/Pro/Plus) against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of TWO (2) YEARS for all fiberglass material construction, SIX (6) MONTHS for all inflatable PVC material construction, and ONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion. In event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

    What is a Dreampod?

    The Dreampod is the most luxurious, full featured floatation tank in the market. It requires 700 kilograms of epsom salt to get the solution just perfect for floating.

    Is the Dreampod fully automated and what does that mean?

    The Dreampod is completely automatic, making handling and managing very easy. The Dreampod features an automatic filtration system, which will automatically kick in after each float.

    How long will production take to produce my order of Dreampods?

    If the product is in the Utah warehouse, you'll receive it within 7 days. If it needs to be produced, it usually takes a maximum of 60 days.

    How much space do I need for my Dreampods?

    The Dreampod pods are available in different sizes and shapes to accommodate various spaces. Our flagship V2 float tank, for instance, can fit in a 10′ by 14′ area.     How do I maintain the tank?

    It is very easy to clean around the motors and the pods. For the pump, just remove the engine box, and clean around the components with a damp cloth, soaked in warm water. Besides for this, you will need to change a filter bag once or twice per month, depending on how busy the Dreampod is. You will also need to add salt once per month, again, depending on how busy that tank is. Other than that, regular morning maintenance of wiping the tank down and getting it ready for business.

    Do I need help with the initial setup?

    Remote installation and assembly instructions for the pods can be provided. A Dreampod technician will arrange for a video conference to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the assembly instructions. Once the pod is assembled, we will have a second video call to configure the software and conduct a thorough systems check. After the pod(s) has been checked, the technician will provide you with detailed training on the maintenance and operation of your pod(s). You will also receive the necessary documents and checklists to ensure the process is properly completed. Having our technician come over for assembly is also an option. He will assemble, test and train you on the functions and maintenance of the pod(s). The cost for this service will be USD650 per pod. We also ask that the client pay for travel and lodge.

    Does my Dreampod float tank come with warranty?

    Dreampods come with a warranty of ONE (1) YEAR from the time of purchase. Please make sure you have a copy of the receipt and that the floatation device has not been tampered with to qualify for warranty, repairs, and/or exchanges.
