    Sauna Ships Via Flatbed:

    While using a forklift is recommended, the sauna can also be offloaded piece-by-piece with the help of 3-4 people, typically within 30-60 minutes. Many of our customers have successfully opted for this method.

    We offer free lower 48 US shipping on most orders over $100 (Some exclusions apply such as Saunas).

    Shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories, but orders will incur a shipping charge.

    Shipping to Canada is a variable charge based on the duties and taxes of each province, dependent on the order value. 

    We can ship to PO boxes for items 10 lbs or less.  We currently ship to the US and Canada only.

    Items that require freight shipping, such as saunas, are only available to ship to the US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Exceptions may be made if you contact us. We must have a phone number on file for freight shipping so an appointment can be made. Sauna products do not ship from our warehouse; depending on the product and brand, shipping charges may apply.

    To return your product, prior authorization must be requested. After your request has been approved, detailed instructions will be sent to you on returning the product, including the return address. 

    Shipping costs for returning your item are covered by the entity responsible for the return. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase (when tracking said the item was delivered), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unused. If the item has a seal on the box, the seal must not be broken; otherwise, we cannot accept the return.

    To complete your return, authorization must be requested via email (hello@gymemotion.com).

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless requested.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

    Items returned without the original packaging or with the original packaging tampered with (seals broken) is subject to a 50% restocking fee.

    If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, you must file a warranty claim with the manufacturer directly. If you decide you no longer want the defective product, please first submit a warranty claim. Once you receive the replacement item from the manufacturer, we can then process a return.

     

    LTL Returns (Items shipped via LTL such as sauna rooms or large sauna heaters)

    Returns via freight for saunas must be dealt with the manufacturer directly. Unopened pallets may be returned, subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as return shipping costs. Once a pallet is inspected and accepted by the recipient, returns are not available. The manufacturer will be able to supply you with replacement parts if covered under warranty.

     

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

     

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (typically 5-10 business days).

    Heaters must be hardwired by a licensed electrician, typically requiring 220V power. Exact specifications depend on the heater model. Lighting generally runs on a 110V, 15-amp circuit.

    How much does it cost to run a sauna?

    Thermasol saunas use efficient 240V heaters that draw power only when in use. The cost is comparable to running a clothes dryer or electric oven—typically just cents per session. Turning off the sauna when not in use helps conserve energy.

    How do I maintain my sauna?

    Wipe down benches regularly, vacuum the interior, and clean glass surfaces. Sit on a towel during use and leave the door open afterwards to ventilate. Once a year, remove sauna stones, clean the heater cavity, and replace any cracked stones.

    Choose a firm, flat surface with slight runoff for drainage, such as a deck, concrete, paved stones, or pressed gravel.

    Sauna shipping & delivery expectations? 

    All indoor and outdoor saunas are delivered via flatbed trailer and require a forklift or crane for unloading and placement due to their size and weight. Manual offloading may not be applicable—please refer to individual sauna product pages for specific handling requirements. Customers will receive a delivery notice two weeks in advance to allow time for proper site preparation.
