Thanks to quick, smooth adjustments, high-quality materials, and thoughtful details throughout, it is the finest bench money can buy. The 3222 also comes with locating rods, which are a component of our add-onĀ Pro Series Bench Docking System. The rods are removable, so thereās no tripping hazard when it's used outside of a Legend Fitness cage or rack.

Built Legend Strong
Made with robust two- by three-inch eleven gauge steel, the Pro Series Self-Adjusting Three-Way Bench will stand up to the toughest athletes or weight lifters for years.Ā The pads on the 3222 are 10.5 inches wide and a robust three inches thick. They are made with two-inch thick rebond foam with a density of eight pounds per cubic foot. This means the 3222 has supportive cushioning that will last. The upholstery is a heavy duty 32-ounce vinyl that is stain resistant. All pads are top double-stitched. The corners of the 3/4 inch thick support are radiused and edges are chamfered for extra comfort and durability.
Smooth, Easy Adjustments
A single pop pin adjusts both the seat and backrest of the Pro Series Self-Adjusting Three-Way Bench to one of eight angles. Itās as simple as that. The seat adjusts from zero to 75 degrees, while the seat back moves between zero and 55 degrees. This offers a wide variety of angles for all lifters and exercises.
Thoughtful Details
The Pro Series Self-Adjusting Three-Way Bench comes standard with an attached diamond plate spotter platform that allows for using a spotter anywhere in the weight room, not just at the very back of the cage. The 10.5-inch wide pads provide the right amount of support but do not get in the way of a userās shoulder blades during presses and fly exercises. Welded on wheels and a foam rubber-coated handle provide easy transport around the gym floor, while standard rubber feet protect floors and lifting platforms.

Two-tone powder coating is available on many items and is included in the price of Pro Series racks and cages. Legend Fitness has a catalogue of over 60 standard shades of stain- and chemical-resistant 32-ounce vinyl that's rated for marine use, plus a couple of cloth options for those who want something a little different. Two-tone upholstery is not charged on some items, like SelectEDGE and LeverEDGE, but is available for a minimal fee on almost everything else we offer. Are shipping and installation included?
Unfortunately, we can't offer free shipping and installation for Legend Fitness products.
How will I know how much shipping is?
When you order your product we will mail you a competitive shipping quote.Ā
Will I be contacted before delivery?
All shipment deliveries are scheduled in advance with the customer.
How will I know when my order has shipped?āØ
A member of the Gym Emotion team will send you an email with all necessary shipping and tracking information.
How will my order be shipped?
Depending on the size and quantity of the order, your equipment will be shipped in either a box, on pallets, or as a truckload.
What are the lead times for delivery after I place my order?
When an order is placed for an in-stock item, we are typically able to ship within 24 hours. In-stock items are typically not able to be personalized and typically only come in a single color option.āØFor fully personalized orders, a significantly longer lead time is necessary to build, powder coat, and put the finishing touches on your products. A member of the Gym Emotion team will give you all the info you require.
Who manages the delivery and installation of my products?
A shipping carrier will deliver your order via curbside delivery. Unless you have paid for installation, you are responsible for getting your equipment into your facility and installed.
