The Fitbench Free Naked is a great addition to your home gym being very easy to set up and position. Very versatile allowing you to add any combination of weights and stretch bands to suit your personal workout.
What I like is the stability of the bench to allow any exercises with confidence. I highly recommend for success in your fitness goals.
In my opinion these are the perfect dumbbells. The knurling isn't too light or too aggressive. The rack is simple to assemble and does not take up a very large space. I don't often use the 5lb weights and a huge perk of TAG is the ability to order in-between sizes, so I ordered an additional set of 12.5lb weights and store the 5lbs in a closet. I have no complaints about this set and use them daily.
