YORK ST Power Rack w/ Hook Plates - 40" Width

The York Barbell Power Cage with Hook Plates (40" width) is a heavy-duty centerpiece for high school, college, and commercial gyms. Designed for full-body strength training, it supports muscle and power gains with adjustable J-hooks (3" increments) and safety spotter arms for secure lifting. Built for durability, it comes in white (54006) or silver (55006) and includes ample plate storage for quick weight changes. A front-mounted chin-up bar adds versatility for bodyweight and suspension training

The YORK® Power Rack comes standard with:

1. Combo Grip Pull-up Bar – one, positioned 8’ high, 28 mm knurled, solid color rolled steel bar with 135-degree v-shape in the center for additional grip options.
2. Double Bar Holders – One pair. (#54001)
3. Weight storage – Scuff-resistant weight storage pegs for 45, 35, 25, 10, 5 and 2.5 lbs plates.
4. Stainless steel hook-plates – Adjustable to 19 positions on 3” center increments accommodating a wide range of heights.
5. Interior Safety Spot Arms (Pair). (#54011)
6. Two welded vertical bar holders.
