Typical sessions last 60–90 minutes, about 4–5 times a week. After 40 sessions, take a one-week break before continuing. It varies by goal. Athletes often see results after a few sessions. Do I need a technician or doctor to set it up?

Can I wear an oxygen mask in the chamber? 

Yes, you can. The operating machines have 2 oxygen outputs that feed directly into the chamber. You can either connect your oxygen mask (provided) to the connection in the chamber to receive 90-97% oxygen, or you can distribute the oxygen flow between the chamber and the mask - 10L Oxygen will be evenly distributed: 5L to the chamber and 5L to the mask.
