Typical sessions last 60–90 minutes, about 4–5 times a week. After 40 sessions, take a one-week break before continuing. It varies by goal. Athletes often see results after a few sessions. Can I wear an oxygen mask in the chamber?
Yes, you can. The operating machines have 2 oxygen outputs that feed directly into the chamber. You can either connect your oxygen mask (provided) to the connection in the chamber to receive 90-97% oxygen, or you can distribute the oxygen flow between the chamber and the mask - 10L Oxygen will be evenly distributed: 5L to the chamber and 5L to the mask.

Awesome Dumbbells
In my opinion these are the perfect dumbbells. The knurling isn't too light or too aggressive. The rack is simple to assemble and does not take up a very large space. I don't often use the 5lb weights and a huge perk of TAG is the ability to order in-between sizes, so I ordered an additional set of 12.5lb weights and store the 5lbs in a closet. I have no complaints about this set and use them daily.
