SHIPPING INFORMATION

To ensure your OXYREVO chamber arrives safely, shipping takes place in two stages.

Stage 1: International Air Freight (10–13 Days)
Your chamber is shipped by air to the international airport closest to your delivery address. During this stage, airlines do not provide live tracking updates. It is therefore completely normal if no tracking information is available while your shipment is in transit.

Stage 2: Customs Clearance & Final Delivery
Once your shipment arrives in the USA, it must pass through customs before final delivery can begin.

Standard Kit (3-Machine System)
After customs clearance is complete, FedEx collects your shipment from the airport. Tracking information becomes available at this point, allowing you to follow your delivery through to your address.

Pro Kit (All-in-One System)
Because the all-in-one unit is larger and heavier, it is delivered by a local freight carrier rather than FedEx. Once customs clearance is complete, the shipment is transferred to the local carrier, delivery is scheduled, and tracking details are provided.

ASSEMBLY INFORMATION

Setup is quick and simple — most customers finish in just 30–40 minutes with no special tools needed. All parts are plug-and-play for easy assembly. If you need any assistance, our team is ready to help!

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All machines and components come with a 1-year warranty and lifetime technical support at no cost. If any quality issues occur within the warranty period that can be easily repaired, OxyRevo will provide replacement parts free of charge, along with step-by-step repair guidance through pictures and videos. If the issue cannot be fixed, OxyRevo will promptly send you a new machine at no cost.
