Are there any side effects?
Mild HBOT is very safe. We use filtered air, not pure oxygen, avoiding toxicity risks. You might feel slight fatigue after early sessions — a normal detox response. Chambers are easy to exit quickly if needed.
How long is each session & how many do I need?
Typical sessions last 60–90 minutes, about 4–5 times a week. After 40 sessions, take a one-week break before continuing. It varies by goal. Athletes often see results after a few sessions. Post-surgery recovery benefits from starting ASAP. For general wellness, we recommend starting with 20 sessions.
Do I need a technician or doctor to set it up?
No. Oxyrevo chambers are easy to install and operate yourself, both inside and outside.
What should I wear?

What will I feel during treatment?
You may feel slight ear pressure (like flying), which passes quickly. Inside, you can read, watch movies, listen to music, or nap during sessions.

Can I wear an oxygen mask in the chamber?
Yes, you can. The operating machines have 2 oxygen outputs that feed directly into the chamber. You can either connect your oxygen mask (provided) to the connection in the chamber to receive 90-97% oxygen, or you can distribute the oxygen flow between the chamber and the mask - 10L Oxygen will be evenly distributed: 5L to the chamber and 5L to the mask.

In my opinion these are the perfect dumbbells. The knurling isn't too light or too aggressive. The rack is simple to assemble and does not take up a very large space. I don't often use the 5lb weights and a huge perk of TAG is the ability to order in-between sizes, so I ordered an additional set of 12.5lb weights and store the 5lbs in a closet. I have no complaints about this set and use them daily.
